なきゃ (~nakya / ~nakucha): casual なければ
〜なければ〜なきゃ
"~nakya" and "~nakucha" are casual ~nakereba naranai / ~nakute wa ikenai: "I have to". The ending (いけない) is usually dropped.
How to make it
Replace ない in the nai-form with なきゃ or なくちゃ (行かない → 行かなきゃ).
